Sassetti, who was general manager of the Medici bank, is shown with his son, Teodoro, and with Lorenzo de’ Medici to his right, along with Antonio Pucci. Lorenzo’s sons are climbing up steps with their tutors, led by the Humanist scholar Agnolo Poliziano, or Politian. The altar painting.
